Cadmium Plating

An excellent choice for plating applications where corrosion protection requirement are high. Cadmium plating is a sacrificial plating, meaning the protective coating, even after receiving damage, will itself corrode before allowing the base material to corrode. Used primarily in aircraft and military applications.
